A Rare Riverfront Perspective

The river is the whole point.

Set on a sweeping bend of the Shenandoah, the estate faces the water from an unusual angle. Wake to sunrise looking downriver, or watch sunset settle upriver across the valley, the light moving across The Bend through the day. Every important room, porch, and window is turned toward it.
