These are real, still-open calls. Formal voting opens to the Opening List as the build progresses. For now, these are the questions on the table, and we genuinely want your read on them.
Where the fire pit goes
Down close to the water, up by the cabins, or a little of both.
Hot tub orientation
Facing straight at the river, or angled for privacy and the evening sky.
Cabin names
The working names are the River's Edge Lodge and Cottage. Should they stay, or become something the community chooses?
A hammock grove
A quiet stand of trees strung with hammocks, or keep the ground open for river views.
Riverside seating
Adirondack chairs, a long built-in bench, or big flat sitting stones set into the bank.
An outdoor shower
Worth adding to a riverside cabin, or one comfort too many.
A stargazing deck
A small platform built for nothing but dark skies, away from every light.
Trail names
The walking paths will need names. River loops, ridge cuts, quiet spurs. Ideas welcome.

We are exploring a small guest greenhouse and garden: herbs, flowers, seasonal greens, and quiet time with dirt for people who relax by growing things. Think a place to clip a little rosemary for dinner or sit among tomatoes in the morning, not a farm. It is an idea, not a promise, and it is exactly the kind of thing worth deciding together before it is built.
